Borislava Doncheva graduated in law from Burgas Free University in 2005. In the period 2005-2010, Ms. Doncheva worked as a Chief legal advisor in the Municipality of Plovdiv. In this capacity, she participated in the preparation of tender documentation for public procurement with Plovdiv Municipality as the contracting authority, provided legal assistance to municipal administration employees, gave opinions and performed legal representation in civil and administrative cases.
